RETURN POLICY
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
The item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
All tags, seals, and accessories are intact and included
The product is not marked as final sale, custom-made, or personalized
Please note:
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened beauty, skincare, or cosmetic products cannot be returned.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:
Opened or used skincare, haircare, or makeup products
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
Gift cards and promotional giveaway items
Personalized or custom-made orders
Return Shipping & Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
mavera beauty does not charge a restocking fee.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

with your order number, item details, and reason for return.
Get Authorization:
Once approved, you’ll receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and step-by-step instructions.
Ship the Item:
Carefully pack your item and ship it to the address provided.
Keep your tracking number for confirmation.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@maverabeauty.shop
Include:
Your order number
Clear photos of the damaged or incorrect item
A brief description of the issue
Once verified, we’ll offer one of the following solutions at no extra cost to you:

A full refund, including shipping costs

REFUND POLICY
Eligibility for Refunds

Refund Amount

Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it ships for a full refund.
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible you’ll need to wait for delivery and then initiate a return.
