TRANSIT, HANDLING & ORDER CUT-OFF TIME
Transit Time: 7 to 15 business days (Monday to Friday)
Handling Time: 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday)
Order Cut-Off Time: 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time
Estimated Delivery Window: 8 to 18 business days total, depending on your location
DELIVERY METHODS
We ship using trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, DHL, and OSM to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.
SHIPPING COST
Standard Shipping: Flat-rate fee of $15 USD on all standard orders
Fast Delivery: Express shipping available for $35 USD (estimated 1–3 business days delivery time)
These rates apply regardless of the size or weight of your package.
CHANGE OF ADDRESS
Once your order is in transit, we are unable to change the delivery address.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. This number can be used to track your package until it arrives safely at your doorstep.
WRONG ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
If an incorrect address is provided and the package becomes undeliverable, the item will be returned to our facility.
In such cases, you will be responsible for the full cost of re-shipping the order.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us before the item is dispatched.
Once the order has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.

DAMAGED PARCELS
At mavera beauty, we take great care in packaging every order to ensure your products arrive safely and in perfect condition. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during transit due to circumstances beyond our control.
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please follow the steps below:
Inspect Before Accepting:
If the damage is visible upon delivery, we recommend refusing the parcel and asking the courier to note the reason as “damaged on arrival.”

with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
If the Package Was Delivered in Your Absence:
If the courier left your order without a signature and you later discover damage, please take clear photos of:
The damaged item(s)
The outer packaging (including any dents, tears, or labels)
The shipping label clearly showing your name and address
Send these photos along with your order number to support@maverabeauty.shop
within 48 hours of delivery.
Our Review Process:
Once we receive your report and supporting evidence, our team will carefully review your claim.
Depending on the situation, we may offer one of the following resolutions:
Replacement of the damaged item(s)
Partial or full refund
Store credit toward a future purchase
Exceptions:
We are not responsible for minor cosmetic damages to product packaging that do not affect the use or function of the product.
Damage claims reported after 7 days of delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.
